The Aspire K3 Tank is a small, simple mouth-to-lung tank that has been around long enough to have nothing left to prove: 2ml of e-liquid, an 18mm footprint, fixed airflow and the same Nautilus BVC coils Aspire has made for years. Fill it from the bottom, screw on a coil, and it just works.
It's the tank we suggest for a low-wattage pen or a small mod when the goal is a tight, cigarette-like draw and good flavor rather than clouds.
A proper MTL draw. Four fixed air holes around the base give a restricted pull that suits nicotine salts and higher-strength freebase liquids. There's nothing to adjust and nothing to get wrong.
Nautilus BVC coils. The K3 runs Aspire's 1.8Ω Nautilus BVC coil, a vertical Kanthal coil wicked with organic cotton. They're inexpensive, easy to find, and we keep them in stock.
Low power, long battery. The 1.8Ω coil is rated for 3.0 to 5.0V, so it's happy on small pens and variable-voltage batteries that would struggle with a sub-ohm tank.
Small and tough. Stainless steel body and Pyrex glass in an 18mm package that sits flush on most narrow devices.
Takes Aspire Nautilus BVC coils in 1.6Ω and 1.8Ω. Replacements we stock:
Bottom fill means unscrew from the base. Flip the tank, remove the base, and fill along the glass wall, keeping liquid out of the center chimney.
Prime the coil. Put a few drops on the exposed cotton, fill, and wait five minutes before the first draw.
Stick to higher-VG liquids no thicker than about 70VG; the small wicking ports on a BVC coil can struggle with very thick juice.
Nicotine is an addictive chemical. Keep devices and e-liquid out of reach of children and pets.
