The Pulsar 510 DL 2.0 PRO combines a concealed cartridge design with a large 1000mAh battery, five voltage settings, auto-draw activation, preheat, and a digital display. Your cartridge sits inside the device rather than sticking out of the top, giving the whole setup the compact look and feel of a bar-style vape.
It's easy enough to simply inhale and use, but there's also a button when you want more direct control.
Concealed Cartridge Design
Your cartridge fits inside the body of the DL 2.0 PRO, leaving only the silicone mouthpiece visible. It protects the cartridge while giving the device a clean, discreet profile.

The wider range gives you several low-voltage options for gentler heating and flavor-focused draws, along with higher settings when you want warmer vapor and greater output.
Auto-Draw or Button Control
Prefer simplicity? Just inhale from the mouthpiece to activate the battery. A tactile button on the bottom also gives you manual control when you want it.
15-Second Preheat
A 1.8V, 15-second preheat cycle gently warms your cartridge before your draw. It's particularly useful with thick or cold oil and can help get things moving when a cartridge is reluctant to hit.
1000mAh Battery
The substantial 1000mAh rechargeable battery provides plenty of capacity between charges, especially for a compact 510 device.
Digital Display + Puff Counter
The side display shows your selected voltage, remaining battery level, and puff count, giving you considerably more information than a traditional LED-only battery.
Haptic Feedback
The device vibrates to confirm actions including voltage changes, preheat activation, and proper connection of the magnetic base.
Fits Most 2g Cartridges
Pulsar designed the DL 2.0 PRO to accommodate most cartridges up to 2g/2mL, with a maximum cartridge size of approximately 14mm diameter × 60mm long.
USB-C Rechargeable
Recharge the built-in battery through USB-C. Charging cable is sold separately.
The DL 2.0 PRO uses a magnetic bottom connector. Screw your 510 cartridge into the connector, insert the cartridge into the device, and attach the magnetic base.
Not sure which voltage to use? Start low and work your way up. The 2.4V–2.8V settings provide gentler heating, while the 3.4V and 3.8V settings produce warmer, stronger draws. Different cartridges and oils may perform better at different settings.
For thick or cold oil, try the 1.8V preheat cycle before increasing your regular voltage. Preheating can help warm the oil and improve airflow without immediately hitting the cartridge with more power.
The device has a 10-second continuous-use safety cutoff to prevent overheating. This stops the heating cycle but does not power off the battery.
Because the cartridge is concealed inside the body, unusually wide or long cartridges may not fit even if they have standard 510 threading. Check against the 14mm × 60mm maximum cartridge dimensions if you're using an oversized cart.
