Overview

The Cartisan Wireless USB 510 Charger is the replacement charger for pen-style 510 batteries that charge through their threads. There's no cord to lose: it's a USB-A plug with a 510 socket on the end. Unscrew your cartridge, screw the battery onto the charger, and plug the whole thing into any USB port.

Why we like it

Nothing to lose. The cable is usually the part that goes missing from a pen battery kit. This one has no cable, so it lives in a drawer or a laptop bag without getting tangled.

Charge protection. Cartisan builds in over-charge protection, so the charger stops feeding the cell once it's full rather than trickling into it all night.

Cheap insurance. Keeping one at work and one at home means a dead pen isn't a wasted day.

Compatibility

Fits 510-threaded pen batteries that charge through the 510 connection, including the Cartisan 350mAh variable-voltage pens this charger replaces. It isn't needed for batteries that charge through their own USB-C or micro-USB port.

Good to Know

Use a low-power USB source. A computer port or a basic 5V/1A wall adapter is right for a small pen battery. Skip fast-charge bricks.

Don't over-tighten. Snug is enough. Cranking the battery down on the threads is the quickest way to bend the center pin on either part.

If the battery gets hot while charging, or the light never changes, stop and bring it in. That's the battery telling you something, not the charger.

Ships nationwide. In-store pickup and local delivery (Twin Cities metro) are also available at checkout.
