The Cartisan Pro Pen NEO 400 packs a surprising amount of control into the smaller member of Cartisan's Pro Pen NEO lineup. A full-color digital display keeps your settings and battery status visible, while five voltage levels let you fine-tune the power for different cartridges and preferences.
With a 400mAh rechargeable battery, preheat function, USB-C charging, and standard 510 threading, it's a great choice if you want the features of the NEO platform while keeping your battery compact.
Five Voltage Settings
Choose from 2.1V, 2.5V, 2.9V, 3.3V, or 3.7V. That's a particularly useful range if you switch between cartridges or want more control over flavor, vapor production, and heat.
Full-Color Digital Screen
Instead of relying entirely on blinking lights, the NEO gives you an actual color display with information including your selected voltage and remaining battery charge.
Preheat Function
Two quick clicks activate preheat. This can be especially useful when you're dealing with thicker oil or a cartridge that has been sitting in a cold environment.
Compact 400mAh Battery
The built-in 400mAh battery keeps this version of the Pro Pen NEO compact while still providing rechargeable everyday power via USB-C.
Fits Most 510 Cartridges
Standard 510 threading makes the Pro Pen NEO compatible with most 510-thread cartridges.

3 clicks: Change voltage
2 clicks: Activate preheat
Not sure which voltage to use? Start low and work your way up. Lower settings generally provide gentler heating and better flavor, while higher settings produce warmer vapor and greater output. Different cartridges and oils can perform better at different voltages.
The 2.1V setting gives you a genuinely low-temperature option, while the five-step range provides much finer control than a basic battery with only a few preset voltages.
If your cartridge seems reluctant to produce vapor—particularly when the oil is cold or thick—try the preheat functionbefore increasing your voltage.
