Botany Farms Rituals Rest THC Gummies in Mixed Berry are the nighttime gummy in Botany Farms' Rituals line: 5mg of hemp-derived Delta-9 THC, 25mg of CBN and 3mg of melatonin in each piece, ten to a bag. It is a vegan, gluten-free pectin gummy, and Botany Farms is clear that it is meant for the end of the day.
CBN does the heavy lifting. 25mg of CBN is five times the THC, which is the reverse of most sleep gummies. The THC stays at a low 5mg and the CBN carries the formula.
Melatonin, but not much. 3mg is a moderate amount, less than many over-the-counter melatonin gummies.
Botany Farms' guidance: start with half a gummy and wait at least an hour before taking more. Edibles usually take 30 to 90 minutes to come on and last longer than inhaled THC.
